Creating unique content to amplify the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance

Project Description

Nationwide Insurance wanted a fresh take on their integration into the Memorial Tournament, presented by Nationwide Insurance – an event in which they had participated for years but without strong digital presence.

Wasserman created The Nationwide Digital House, which became the “home base” for fans to enjoy Wi-Fi access, engage in social media conversations with other fans and pros, and watch live studio interviews and other original content.

In just under five days, the Digital House netted over 5,000,000 social media impressions for Nationwide and increased the company’s Twitter following by 31%.  In addition, the content we produced yielded over 10,000 onsite video views during the course of the 5-day tournament.
